Adding tags issue #1147

Hello!
For example, we have to add 10 tags.
When we added 5 tags, they FC still display them in dropdown.

Imagine, if we have to add 15 tags.

My idea, is that already added tags:

Not shows.
Was inactive.

we need to change select2 script for better version choice.js (lik joomla) but need time to investigate
