The links to Organizations and Groups pages do not work correctly when CKAN is mounted on a subdirectory of Webserver

Organizations and groups links not working when CKAN is mounted on a subdirectory of the webserver e.g. https://www.example.org/<sub-folder>/

For example, group links point to https://www.example.org/group/group-name instead of https://www.example.org/<sub-folder>/group/group-name

The module should read the setting ckan.root_path as described in https://docs.ckan.org/en/2.9/maintaining/configuration.html#ckan-root-path and use it to generate links
