"New App" dialog freezes #514

After entering in a name, then being prompted with the login/password, the dialog freezes on "close".

If I refresh the page, it freezes on entering a new name.

It takes multiple refreshes to resume.

The freeze goes away if you wait long enough.

Unable to reproduce.
Do you see anything in the logs when this happens?
What resource configuration are you using?
