Why is temperature set to 0.2 in some task YAML configurations? #465

I noticed that in some task YAML configurations, the temperature is set to 0.2(such as mmvet), which causes do_sample to be set to True during generation. Is this the expected behavior? Does this affect the determinism of the results, or is it intentional for introducing some variability in the generated outputs?
