Video: Add ro.netflix.bsp_rev for Netflix certification

Q6150-17263-1 is the value of the Netflix property(ro.netflix.bsp_rev) required for certification. ro.netflix.bsp_rev=Q6150-17263-1 needs to be added to sunfish product.prop. Test: Check the property manually Bug: 150266840 Change-Id: I2d114a76bb52cf0c06df9258dbcaa2fb911db13a
