Feature request: Provision users inside the cluster.

Would be possible to add some functionality that using esc cli would be possible to provision users and grant permissions inside of the cluster?

We have anticipated the desire for an integrated authentication feature, allowing you to manage cluster access based on Event Store Cloud organization members and policies.
