eppsilon issues complaints in different locations of FHD_file_setup when the number of pols is incorrect, e.g. line 507.
single_cube_dft calls FHD_file_setup. Sometimes my single_cube_dft jobs for a given integration end up on different nodes on azure (which don't share their entire filesystem), and the job fails despite the fact that the relevant HEALPix cube is present (unless it needs all 4 for some other reason??). It would be nice to fix this to maximize parallelization by not constraining a set of single_cube_dft jobs to occupy one node.
