Audio Playing After 1st 4 Minute Paced Breathing

The first paced breathing exercise in baseline stage 1, the screen did not proceed with the next step and instead automatically continued playing the audio prior to the start button being pressed. I did complete the first paced breathing exercise and once it was completed, the audio pacer sound continued automatically, but the instructions for the second paced breathing showed up. I did not press the start button to start the second paced breathing, but the sound continued automatically. When viewing toggler development tools, there's nothing listed in the console tab.
