Change initial "Days Before Reminder" value from "0 days" to "Never" #215

Currently the "Days Before Reminder" setting starts as "0 days" which means that the reminder notification will not be sent.
initial_setting
This might mislead users into thinking that the reminder will be sent on the predicted day of the period.
Changing this to say something like "Never" or "Off" could clear up this confusion.
