Sometimes you have to take medications because of your cycle. It would be good if we had support for this (kind of like symptoms but you add medication and assign it colors and stuff)

Think about if someone has a migraine due to their cycle and want to track their medication usage.

Is this the same functionality as symptoms?
I am against separating plain-obvious-efficient functionality into more specific ones.
Symptoms functionality handles medical stuff already.

Unless there is specific new functionality that would be useful for medications?

Also medication tracking could be a thing, like period tracking.

Some options are opening now, but what is needed?

Bea is working on the database and in her design we will be handling medications/sex/moods the same way we do symptoms. They will all be saved into one db-table with a type that distinguish them. So that's why I have not added this issue to next version. Waiting on the new database before doing this :)

Adding a medicine by scanning a barcode is in your mood? Just an idea.

Mmm, not doable I believe, because it has to call an online database... (internet permission)

@serrq No scanning, user has to manually add names of medication they want to have in app. But we won't verify anything (same way we don't verify symptom names), so user can enter nicknames for medications if they want to.

Maybe the medication database could be bundled in the app if size of the database is small enough. But I doubt it will be small enough.
