Present a list of quotes each tagged by words. Then see all quotes under a word. The homepage will show a tag-cloud of those words.

Use it for actualism quotes.

Data model: YAML, toml, or something with three things: quote, link, associate words.

If there are many more quotes under a word, perhaps we can also do a snippet of quotes with full expansion appearing on ... click. This means that quotes can be stored on separate files (a la neuron), although it would require something to generate those random IDs; shell script would suffice I guess.
