Write Javascript script that:

gets this file HTML page https://www.fosteropenscience.eu/courses
Parses the HTML to get each course. You may need some kind of XPATH query library
loop through each course extracting the titltes, descriptions, and links
Uses the TESS Write API code to create new Training Materials for each course
