Actually there is no docker Version. Feel free to implement one.

Hello, nice to meet you @EliasKotlyar !! Congrats for your API solution!
I have created a PR containing docker and docker compose files. I was able to test it, and it looks fine!! Hope it helps somehow! Looking forward to receiving feedbacks!

Docker starts up and sends messages successfully with curl to phone
If message is sent to groupid never arrives
When connection drops it needs to be restarted, messages that were sent while between connection drop and restart are lost
I think the biggest issue in this regard is that "The message was sucessfully sended to the queue" is returned in all 3 instances.
