Describe the issue

Android Studio actions (clean, build, rebuild, etc) do not use project defined gradle wrapper. Using terminal or running configurations works as expected.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

  1. Run a clean/build/rebuild action from AS

Expected behavior

Gradle action should finish successfully

Actual behavior + errors

Clean:

`A problem occurred configuring root project 'build-conventions-secant'.

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':classpath'.
Could not resolve org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib:{strictly 1.9.20}.
Required by:

Constraint path ':build-conventions-secant:unspecified' --> 'org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib:{strictly 1.9.20}' because of the following reason: Pinned to the embedded Kotlin
Constraint path ':build-conventions-secant:unspecified' --> 'org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib:{strictly 1.9.22}' because of the following reason: dependency was locked to version '1.9.22'`

Rebuild:

Unable to make progress running work. There are items queued for execution but none of them can be started
