[BUG] getLinkTarget.xql is called three times for textFacsimileSplitView

Describe the problem

This issue occurs with the current Pintos data and may very well be connected to #529 or even be the root cause.
When (globally) checking the "Anmerkungen einblenden" button from the bottom menu and then trying to load the "Libretto" from the edition section (from the navigator) the endpoint getLinkTarget.xql is called three times. This results in duplicate entries in the "Ansicht" drop down menu and no other Ajax requests are sent.
