Writing texts can be tiring for the users, that's why utilizing Telegram keyboards would be great. They can just choose the country, and the category from the given menu.

Thanks for the suggestion! Yes I agree that it can be tiring, especially if it needs a certain format. InformMe only acceps ISO 3166 right now. Users need to check the format and write it to InformMe

There are 54 countries supported by InformMe, writing country names in Telegram keyboards could be great. But I guess finding the desired country out of 54 countries would also be tiring. What do you think?

When searching for Turkey, does the user have to go through T or if they write Tur does it appear on Telegram Keyboards. As of my knowledge it does not. Need to investigate this.

If let's say there is a list of countries on the keyboard, IMO scrolling from A to T is no big deal. You need to swipe upward only once.

If you want to try something different in terms of design and ease of usability, customizing the buttons should be pretty simple since python-telegram-bot requires only list of lists that contains Keyboard object. You can see example pictures from here

I'd stick to the simple list design though.

By the way, users don't need to know the proper ISO3166 codes if this keyboard is implemented. And it should decrease the user error.

I've seen the simple design examples, I agree with you I'll probably stick to the simple design.

Yes! Like I said in my previous comment,current version needs them to know ISO3166, checking ISO codes is tiring for the users.

Right now InformMe provides feedback to users if the country code is erroneous but it is a limited feedback. Utilizing keyboards with the country names would be much better for the users.
