Hi,

could you provide an example for the type_config?

Do all cell types from the celltype_lists (gmt/gmx file) need to have subtypes?
Would:
"Type1" "Subtype1"
"Type2" ""
work?

Can there be major cell types not present in the celltype_lists? in other words: can I define a major cell type not present in celltype_lists covering on ore more subtypes which are present?
