Hello I have run the example file from the pipeline, I can found the output generated but has so many folders is it I have to go through all the folder and see the result or is there any option to get one consolidated result.
command I have run in my local system with 64 GB ram 12 core
caper run chip.wdl -i example_input_json/ENCSR936XTK_subsampled_chr19_only.json
Please use Croo to organize outputs. Pick that metadata.json file and run croo metadata.json on a folder you want to organize outputs. Please find details on Croo's github README.
