The lead investigator seems to have more permissions in the study. Can you explain what are those?

(We may need to lockdown the download of results to only the Study Lead so contributors cannot download each others results)

Contributors is another role than data owner. You mean data owners, right?
In a realistic situation I would assume that the Lead Investigator is the PI, which does not necessarily perform the actual analyses - so contributors may have a role in the analysis/processing of results. Explanation needed on how this is meant to be in Arachne.
