What can we do to make the firmware better?

These new AT32f403 mainboards get more and more common and on my youtube channel, people are asking again and again.
If it is okay i would like to start this issue by offering $20 for a port of this firmware and a beginner(!) tutorial on how to compile and flash it with the usual st-link dongle (if this is possible).
