Error 503 when creating Invoice or Commercial proposal from Project

Since yesterday noon (7/1/2025), we have an error 503 in the left menu and a white page when we try to create an Invoice or Commercial proposal from a Project.
We don't make any change on the configuration or on the server before this happening... Very strange.
We try to restore a full backup (site and database) from 6/1/2025, when this is working fine, and the problem stay the same.
Could you help us to investigate ?

Great !
When i check the PHP Logs, i've found errors and i make a search on google to find the cause.
I've disabled the imagix component in PHP and it's now working !
It's very strange because it working 2 days ago and stop to work only yesterday :-(
