Holiday upload file path is not correct

Bug

The file (from holiday edition page) is uploaded in the wrong directory (before it was saved in holiday reference folder) so impossible to upload a file and display it for now...

• The preview is not possible (file doesn't exist error)
  

• If I move the file in the old folder (the one that is named from holiday ref) on file system, the file can be previewed but is not listed anymore!
  

• All old upload that was working are not displayed anymore: we see that there is one file in the tab but we can't see it (whatever is the path for the file on system)

• Go to HRM part
• Create a holiday
