Version 1.3.4 – Vocabulary sidebar and new Going Further chapter

As you may have seen, we've replaced the Vocabulary chapter with a “Going Further” chapter, and put the contents of the Vocabulary chapter into a sidebar (a real one on the side of the screen).

The DiscoverMeteorStatic app hasn't been updated to reflect those changes yet, but in the meantime here's how you should modify the markdown files (based on the DiscoverMeteor_En repo):

1. Rename the Vocabulary chapter a-vocabulary.md.erb.
2. Change its date to 0099/01/01.
3. Add a appendix: true YAML parameter.
4. Create a new file named 14s-going-further.md.erb
5. Give it the following frontmatter:
