R is of much interests to many parties. Environment should provide capabilities to run R pipeline jobs.

What is "R pipeline jobs"?

pipeline is just a flow of dependent jobs. even you could output from a scalding job to read by scala (there are some integrations for it). would be good have a meaningful flow of data (as an example) to make enough sense for users when they see it. And having automated tests for such jobs end to end is a plus.
