I have been thoroughly enjoying recording data for each of the games I play on my Steam Deck OLED and using the DeckVerified website for viewing other user reports. However, when viewing existing reports I increasingly have come across a situation where I want to compare my data/experience to other ProtonDB reports and the current functionality of the "View on ProtonDB" button takes you to the main page of the AppID. This PR will make it so it specifically takes you to the filtered Steam Deck reports for the given title.
This will make it easier for users to view other reports and make better judgement on in-game performance when the game is ran on a handheld device versus a normal PC.
