Review User Guides to ensure they are up-to-date and correct

Why

As a user I would like to follow the User Guides to learn about the HCA and how to use some of the basic functionality

Definition of Done

• The four User Guides currently available on the prod site have been reviewed
• Any errors found have been listed in this ticket with a plan to correct them. Major errors/issues may need their own ticket for discussion.

I read through all of the Guides here: https://prod.data.humancellatlas.org/guides and did some checking to make sure the URLs worked. All the content seemed to be up to date, at least based on my understanding of the different DCP systems. I did come across a few minor things:

On 'Accessing HCA Data and Metadata':

• 'Specimens tab' -> 'Samples tab'

On 'Data Lifecycle':

• 'metadata standards' is a broken link to 'https://prod.data.humancellatlas.org/metadata/structure', probably should go to https://prod.data.humancellatlas.org/metadata/design-principles/structure or https://prod.data.humancellatlas.org/metadata/.

On 'Accessing HCA Data in a Jupyter Notebook':

• https://github.com/HumanCellAtlas/data-consumer-vignettes/may2019_demo is a broken link. Not really sure what the real link should be, maybe https://github.com/HumanCellAtlas/data-consumer-vignettes/tree/master/nov2018_demo?
