Add correct numbering and ordering of patches

Currently, the dasharo-pq series for PC Engines is out of order and contains patches without numbering or duplicating numbering. If needed, patches should be grouped, and order should be improved to be more consistent.

This is not needed because the series file handles that for us. Of course, those patches should be cleaned up at some point. Current version of series file is here
