Support Meteor Lake, so we can properly dump logs from new NovaCustom laptops

Describe the solution you'd like

Integrate latest tools supporting Meteor Lake:

• inteltool: https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/81843
• intelp2m: https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/81916

These tools should be at least approved by 3mdeb team (if still not merged) before integrating into the DTS release image.
