Add a way to configure system date and time in setup

Lack of a way to set the system date and time in RTC.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the Dasharo firmware menu to set the system date and time.

Where is the value to a user, and who might that user be?
Some users may not have the internet connection to fetch the current date and time. Some applications may rely on the RTC time.
