[Suggestion] Fuctionality for Rune Tomes wtih Book and Quills Via Lectern use

The idea is simple: have a book and quill on a lectern be a means for using the text tomes via sneaking and right-clicking it. by Default (or its by some mod, idk) sneak+use (shift+r-click by default) removes the book from the stand so it should have something to prevent such action if your holding one of the text tomes
