In the google sheets I filled in all information but when I press fetch google sheets sync in figma it shows errors on the images.

You have to have a vector / shape layer like a rectangle. It will not work on frames, components and text layers. Also, you need to use an image format like jpg, png or gif. It won't work with vector files like svg.
