PACKET DATA - HOW TO DECODE

Hello,

i'm using sdrtrunk on some mototrbo cap+ ras system and it sends ARS data through the system - i'm not shure, but maybe the system sends some message data through the ars, but don't know how to decode. It looks like this:

DATA_PACKET | CC:7 FM:xxxxx TO:xxxxxx
PACKET:CA88EA9A56EF46A29CBEE9FA7A805EBF4C4DB85A8C027BBACE2F83DB0910AA86A32CBEB9C47C14A40000000012388138 | 1652808829488 |

and so on... how can i decode this packet? The system is not encrypted, only ras activated.
