Floating panel line wrap still isn't quite right #307

It would be good if with the default font and settings, the floating panel had enough space to not wrap a single digit onto the next line.

Another bugfix to the floating UI. Horizontal resizing should now work, and horizontal size should initialise correctly. Also reduced internal padding to give more room to display the time. #308
