Is it possitble to store image data in .fcs? How does FlowJo do it?

I think they don't directly save images in the fcs file, they use the index to search images in your given image folder

Thanks for commenting! This is interesting, is there any specification/documentation for this (What does FlowJo expect)? It would be interesting for users to export a directory with images alongside an .fcs file.

Maybe you can check with their FlowJo plugin called BD cell view Lens?
