The hyper-elastic model of cells has an offset at small sizes due to different energy densities (personal communication with Lucas Wittwer). The DC scaling laws for Young's modulus are only true for Newtonian fluids. It would be good if this was discussed in the docs somehow, ideally with references for further reading.
