Often, users work with large .rtdc files located on network shares. When a share is disconnected, h5py complains about not being able to find the opened file. Maybe dclab can handle that case and basically just reopen the file.

It is currently hard to write a workaround for this, because h5py segfaults at least on Linux (h5py/h5py#2043). A possible fix is tracked in 154-networkshare-hdf5.
