Add support for configuring x509 authentication on mongodb related helm charts

Describe the feature and the current behavior/state.

The helm chart for database-agent and mongodb-audit-watcher does not have support for setting values for TLS mutual authentication using x.509 certificates

Will this change the current API? How?

No. New configuration parameters may be added to values.yaml

Who will benefit with this feature?

Anybody running a mongoDB instance with x509 as the only enabled mode of authentication
