Having issue including graphics (logo) in my pdf report

I ran this PDF generation code:

audit-data % pandoc report-sample.md -o report.pdf --from markdown --template=eisvogel --listings

with my markdown containing

but I got this error message

Error producing PDF.
! Undefined control sequence.
l.399 \includegraphics

pointing specifically to line 5 as the issue

However, when I removed line 5 completely
I was able to generate the pdf without any issue.

Can anyone help me with this?

The issue is that you are using a character unknown to the PDF generator in that line 5. Try to figure out what the character is and replace that character with something else that is recognized by the pdf generator
