We need to add a license. Checking with So Miyagawa (@papnoute)

One option is the http://www.gnu.org/licenses/ -- we use them on other code. @papnoute: you should be able to fork this repository and add a license to the code and README on your fork and then submit a pull request to add your changes.

Oh, sorry, I no longer use @papnoute. I changed the name into @somiyagawa , because it is easier to know who it is. I'll add the GNU license.
