I am currently utilizing the cluster for distributed machine learning tasks, and I am encountering difficulties in accessing essential machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Horovod through the module system. Additionally, I need guidance on integrating these tools with Slurm to support distributed training across multiple nodes.
Could you please let me know if there is a way to do this or if would be possible to install these distributed machine learning tools through the module system (or make them available via CVMFS or EESSI)?
This would greatly facilitate the distributed training of machine learning models across multiple nodes.
