Do the TodoApp for the Uno Platform.

Me too - I'm not an expert at Uno platform, however, so someone else will have to write it. I'm hoping someone in the Uno project will step up.

I wouldn't say I'm an expert, but I may be able to put this sample together. If I get the time, I'll take a look.

Thank you for the PR, @trydalch

Per the PR, some things left to do:

  1. Add LoggingHandler
  2. Fix the UI bug where the progress bar remains
  3. Add to the TodoApp.sln
