Per the discussion in #577, I recommend the following ICE changes:

  1. Relabel Directive ICE as Prescriptive ICE, as opposed to changing the “prescribes” object property to “directs”.
  2. Change Designative ICE definition to “An Information Content Entity that consists of a set of symbols that designate some Entity.”
  3. Add an equivalence axiom to Descriptive ICE: ‘Information Content Entity’ and (describes some Entity).
