[Bug]: Workflow->Save as

v 1.9.14

Expected Behavior

A prompt with a blank textbox, or a blank textbox with the name of the current workflow filled in.

Actual Behavior

When choosing 'Save as' from the Workflow menu I get a popup that says 'Save workflow' with a box that contains the text 'Enter the filename:' and a Confirm button. The issue is the existing workflow name is written over the 'Enter the filename:' text, producing jibberish.

I cannot reproduce this issue locally. Can you verify the regression is between 1.9.13 and 1.9.14, i.e. 1.9.13 works fine for you?

Not sure how to rollback to v1.9.13. I do have the Windows ComfyUI Standalone installed as well and it's v1.6.18 - it happens there too.

I also searched the code and I can't find where that popup is generated.
