Caching / more intelligent loading of tree / map data

In mobile apps the tree data may be stored in app and requests intercepted to use the local data. Updates to the tree data should be transfered as diffs to update the local store.

Not all trees should be loaded as Javascript features at the total view (should be only part of the map tiles) but only when zooming in / clicking on the tree.
