Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In IntellJ (could be on others), autocomplete does Joe show up or even syntax highlighting is a bit broken when joining other person session.

I want to code together with the same ide feel as normal when coding offline with syntax highlighting,autocomplete and plugins to works normally.
