Currently the CMS does not allow management of links in the CivicSignal Web tools.
We currently have two requests/suggestions:
(1) Adding the Research Blog in the Civic Signal web tools
(2) Removing the Browse Geographic Collections link on the sources application (since it has not been working and is not used)

While these can be removed and added manually, It's best to have the ability to add/remove links from the CMS.
