• Milestones pointing to staging

Updates -

• Shared Migrations Submodule has been successfully integrated in the devops of DMP Cron, DMP API, Discord Bot.
• Facing issues in integrating the same in Server repo
• Dev server is down for these services. It is showing "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" but services like grafana are still on which makes us conclude that it is not an SSL issue but some internal issue.
• Database session initialization issue is there in discord bot which will be resolved now and discord bot can go to testing.
