info about CLOVER

Hi
My laptop has:
1x NVME with ubuntu + clear + garuda
1x SSD with dual windows11

so my question, with clover installed in NVME, can I boot also OS from the SSD?
running CLOVER, it will boot directly in OS or it pass for some grub menu before starting?
Can I create a voice in CLOVER menu that go in UEFI instead of boot some OSs?
