The Dogtective thing is cute but adds no functionality; someone who downloads the mod for functionality won't use it, and people who would want that kind of thing wouldn't see the feature. I recommend we split this mod in two; one is the purely cosmetic dogtective, and the other the functional Dog Apparel (or K9 comrades or whatever we're renaming it).
