Контекст

Удобно было бы запускать инструмент прямо со страницы с видео.

Варианты решения

Расширение для браузера. Сделать расширения для браузера (например, для Google Chrome). Расширение можно было бы запустить на странице с видео. На выходе получить html-страницу с табами.
